73Peggy P. Haglund, 86, of Silverdale, Wash., formerly of Kailua, died in Bremerton, Wash. She was born in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. She is survived by son Thomas Vannatta, daughter Joan Larson, stepson Bill, stepdaughter Kahala, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Scattering of ashes on Oahu at a later date.
