78Chei Ying Ng, 86, of Honolulu, a retired seamstress for a private company, died in Liliha Healthcare Center. She was born in Nam Hoi, China. She is survived by daughter Heidi Chan, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
