81Florencia Rigines "Insiang" Ragonot, 88, of Pearl City died in Aiea. She was born in Sual, Pangasinan, Philippines. She is survived by sons Teofilo and Danilo, daughters Aurora Millan and Priscilla Mora, 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
