77Darlene Elizabeth Lindsey, 86, of Kamuela, Hawaii, a Mauna Kea Beach Hotel property manager, died in Hale Ho‘ola Hamakua. She was born in Whitman County, Wash. She is survived by son Darren Johnson; daughters Dianna Johnson and Deborah Lacharite; stepdaughters Delsa and Deedee Bertelmann, and Diana Kaaekuahiwi; 22 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 3 p.m. Saturday at the Lindsey family plot off Chesebro Lane, Kamuela. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
