79Rica Mei Galo Mamuad, 23, of Kihei, Maui, a Walmart McDonald's manager and Maui Community College student, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Bagui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by parents Artemio and Melinda; brother Renz; sister Riana; grandparents Eleana Mamuad and Antonio and Marcela Galo; and great-grandparent Candelaria Galo.
