Michael Sung Sam Lee, 83, of Surprise, Ariz., an Army specialist first class, died in Sun City West, Ariz. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by wife Queenie Ko and son Myles. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
