81Katsuichi "Jack" Ishii, 101, of Aiea, a Pan American World Airways equipment maintenance employee, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Mitsuko; son Howard; daughters Margaret Kayatani, Martha Inamine and Lynn Ishii; brothers Masaharu and Kenneth; sister Kiyoko Naito; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
