MARION FUMIYE GIBO Age 84, of Waipahu, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2013 at Queens Medical Center after a brief illness. Born July 20, 1928 in Wahiawa. Marion is survived by husband, Kiyoshi (Jimmy) Gibo; daughter, Lauren (Michael) Bobadilla; granddaughter, Valerie; brother, Katsuo (Jean) Yamashiro; sisters/brothers -in-law, Dorothy Yamashiro, Yooko Yamashiro, Peter Gibo, Paul/Dottie Gibo, Joyce Higa, nieces/nephews, friends, neighbors. Marion was a regular shopper at Kam Swap Meet; a seamstress and avid crafter with niece, Judy Taira; frequent flyer to Las Vegas. She loved family, flowers, talking story, music, desserts, keno and penny machines. She is forever in our hearts. Private services held. Interred at Punchbowl.
