74Timothy Martin Quinlan, 60, of Kailua-Kona, a self-employed landscaper and owner of Timbo's Yard Care Service, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Chicago. He is survived by brother Patrick and sister Nancy Van Houten. Paddle-out memorial and scattering of ashes: 10 a.m. June 15 at Kamoa Point, Lyman's surf spot, Kailua-Kona.
