Yoshinobu Higa, 91, of Honolulu, owner of St. Louis Delicatessen, died at home. He was born in Kekaha, Kauai. He is survived by wife Hideko, sons Hatsuo and Tsutomu "Tom," daughter Mineko Nakagawa, brother Ryoei "Roy" and three grandchildren. Private services.
