74Angel Balino Bisquera, 85, of Waipahu, a retired Oahu Sugar Co. employee, died in Waipahu. He was born in Waialua. He is survived by companion Lolita Alcaide, sons Petronilo and Crispin, daughter Saturnina B. Workman, brother Severo, sister Arsenia Batalon, 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Wednes- day at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Waipahu. Program: 11:30 a.m. Mass: 12:15 p.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
