71Edward Thomas "Eddie" Silva, 83, of Waialua, a cattle rancher, died in Waialua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Mildred "Millie"; sons Edward "Tidi," Collin and Roland; daughters Leilani Costa and Caroline "Momi" Matsuda; brothers Chris and Henry; sister Carol "Tootsie" Hoopai; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
