Arthur Leo Duffy II, 53, of Lynnwood, Wash., formerly of Kailua, an employee at Boeing in Seattle and a Coast Guard veteran, died at home. He was born in Newton, Mass. He is survived by wife Tammy S., daughters Mellisa A. Duffy and Melinda R. Pattan, mother Mary A., brother Terence P. and sisters Patricia A. Barros and Meg Duffy.
