He was born in Sinait, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Belinda V., sons Jaybee S. and John P., brother Tomas and sister Fe Jornacion. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Church, 94-675 Farrington Highway, Waipahu. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
