Retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, Lector/Children Liturgy of the Word Teacher at St. John Vianney, member of People of Praise (Oahu Branch), Retired Supervisor State of Hawaii Occupational & Safety Division. He is survived by wife, Ethel Haasenritter Fragas; sons, Thomas Fragas, Jr. of Maine, Eric (Mary) Fragas of New Mexico, Bryan (Lisa) Fragas of North Carolina, Steve (Jackie) Fragas of California; daughter, Liz Morton; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation 5:00 p.m. Thursday 6/13 at St. John Vianney, 920 Keolu Dr., Wake Service 7:00 p.m., Also Visitation 9:00 a.m. Friday 6/14 at St. John Vianney, Mass 10:00 a.m. Burial 1:00 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
