Duke S. Loa, 74, of Kapolei, an Army veteran, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Pago Pago, American Samoa. He is survived by wife Siatafu Mageo-Loa; sons Jason and Monty; daughter Tanya Bishop; stepson Lloyd Mageo; stepdaughters Rowena Notoa and Tutonu Anoa'i; brothers Meeli and Richard Loa, and David Briski; sisters Joyce Sawyer, Tepora Callado and Lucy Turner; 22 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at First Hawaii Samoan Assembly of God, Palama.
