73Frances Nowak Gwaltney, 78, of Pearl City, a federal government human resources retiree at Marine Forces Pacific at Camp Smith, died. She was born in Washington, D.C. She is survived by husband Robert E., daughters Kathryn M. Salomon and Mary Tavares, and brother Frank Nowak. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Good Counsel Parrish, 1525 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City. Services: 10 a.m. Inurnment: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire.
