72Eufrasia Delos Santos "Patsy" Reyes, 73, of Mililani, an assistant chief instructor at Central Hawaiian Activities 3 Kenpo Karate Association, died in Mililani. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Kathy Price and Lloyd and Alton Reyes; daughters Kelin and Kathleen Reyes, and Valerie Balbirona; brother Benjamin Delos Santos; sisters Lucy Stokes, Rose Vehemente, Victoria Garza, Lorraine Lader and Emma Hoglund; 17 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 9:30 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
