79Ronald LeRoy Louis "Cowboy" Soares, 74, of Salt Lake, a Pearl Harbor Public Works Center supervisor, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Deborah Hanson, sons Richard L.L. and Heith A.K.L., daughters Stacee A.L., sister Laverne Skinner, 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Wednesday at Oahu Cemetery Chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
