Emil Kapioanuenue "Kapio" Spencer, 59, of South Kona, Hawaii, a former Glover Construction heavy equipment operator, Kona Coffee Cooperative supervisor, Hawaii County Police Department records clerk and McCandless Land & Cattle Co. rancher, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Keala-kekua, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Noreen; sons Emil III and Aukake; daughters Nalani Spencer and Kainoa Haalilio; hanai sons Randall Pule Sr., Rudy Haalilio and Bradley Ahia; hanai daughters Sheila-ann Baniaga, Aloha Reeves and Linda Zuniga; brother Jewett; sister Blossom Sapp; hanai brothers William Lucas and Cornel Carlos; and eight grandchildren.
