81David Christopher Arbon, 45, of South Kohala, Hawaii, a computer systems technician for Kohala Ranch Water Co., owner of D.A. Enterprises and a musician, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Salt Lake City. He is survived by parents Connie Green and Harold Arbon Jr., sister Leilani Silver and grandparents Harold and Lael.
