75Devan Makua Andaya, 26, of Waianae, a Hale Naau Pono employee, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Jurnie P.; mother Felicidad; brothers Kele and Pono Anderson; sisters Allessondria "Sista" Uini, Alana "Alengi" Andaya-Kepa and Pohai "Ha‘i" Kalai-Ponce; and companion Joelynn "Jojo" Yocom. Visitation: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Kaiona Beach Park, Waimanalo. Celebration of life at noon. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
