YOSHIE 'BETTY' ODA Yoshie 'Betty' Oda, 95, died May 8, 2013, in Waipahu. She was born on April 23, 1918 in Lahaina, Maui. Formerly of Lanai City, a retired Dole Company Pineapple Laborer. She is survived by sons, Kenneth (Louella), Norman (Lorna), daughters, Janice (Jerry) Hankins, Carol (George) Hiwatashi, Helen (Gerald) Oshiro, 11 Grandchildren, 21 Great- Grandchildren and 3 Great- Great-Grandchildren. Also, a brother, Akira 'Archie' Hinahara of Wisconsin, a sister, Hiroko Fujiyoshi of Makawao, Maui and a sister-in-law, Sumiko Hinahara of Manoa. As per her wishes: a private service was held. No monetary offerings.
