69Kinue "Kay" Arata, 76, of Honolulu, a retired secretary for the Honolulu Police Department, died in Los Angeles. She was born in Olaa, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Duane T. and Craig Y.; daughters Allyn A. Muna and Tracy T. Arata; brothers Yoshiaki, Yoshito, Morio and Toshio Asato; sisters Kimiyo Ide and Sueko Asato; and seven grandchildren. Visitation:3 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services:4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
