79Ronald LeRoy "Cowboy" Louis Soares, 74, of Salt Lake, a Pearl Harbor Public Works Center supervisor, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Deborah Hanson, sons Richard L. and Heith A.K., daughter Stacee A., sister Laverne Skinner, 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
