Frank Lysle Smith, 91, of Honolulu, a retired Air Force major who served in World War II and the Korean and Vietnam wars, died in Waipahu. He was born in Columbus, Ohio. He is survived by sons Drs. Michael J. and Scott P., daughter Stephanie L. Tishler, 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
