David George "Coach" Burnett, 74, of Kailua, a retired Marine Corps master gunnery sergeant, died in Kailua. He was born in Springfield, Mass. He is survived by wife Ann; sons Ron, Bruce and Brian; daughters Pamela Commorato, Tracy Owens and Lauren Rhodes; brothers Doug and Don; sister Joy Scutero; and three grandchildren.
