Jerry Hiroyuki Nunogawa, 72, of Hilo, a city civil engineer, state environmental engineer in Hilo, federal public health engineer and an Army captain, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Rosemary "Rose," sons Matthew "Matt" and Nicholas "Nic," brothers James and Joe, sister Karen Sakata and two grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Church, Hilo. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Oahu services at a later date. Casual attire. No flowers.
