74Venancio Sibolboro "Parakeet" Parengit Sr., 88, of Waipahu, a retired Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co. employee, died in Waipahu. He was born in Urdaneta, Pangasinan, Philippines. He is survived by wife Rosita "Rose," sons Bento and Venancio Jr., daughters Verna Tamayo and Lisa Cobb, 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples. Casual attire.
