74Richard En Loy Soong, 89, of Honolulu, a postal clerk, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by wife Selene Mu, daughters Lynne M.L. Higa and Micheline Soong, sister Gracie Fujitani and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Aloha attire. No flowers.
