Hisashi Nagai, 87, of Honolulu, a retired city Community Based Development Division employee and an Army veteran, died in Pearl City Nursing Home. He was born in Olaa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Florence, son Jeffrey, brother Ikuo and sister Tatsue Takatani. Visitation: noon Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 1 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
