76Oliva Fines Gasmen, 88, of Pearl City, a public school educator, died in Pearl City. She was born in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by husband Graciano "Bueno," son Joseph, daughters Anabel Gasmen-Cabebe and Imelda Gasmen, and seven grandchildren.
