Stanley Ki Foong Won, 80, of Concord, Calif., an educator for Hawaii's state Department of Education and for public schools in Oakland, Calif., and an Army veteran, died in Walnut Creek, Calif. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Verena, brother Alfred and sisters Lucille Ho and Eunice Won. Taoist services: 10 a.m.-noon Tuesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
