Frank Yoshio Mitsumori, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Kyo-ya Restaurant manager and an Army veteran, died in Leahi Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers George and Richard, and sister Jeanne Takasaki. Private services. No monetary offerings.
