Chokichi "Hank" Tamashiro, 91, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired state Department of Transportation Highways Division employee, died in Garden Isle Health Care. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by sons Wayne, Randall and Warren; brother Susumu; sisters Yoshiko Awakuni, Kimie Nojima and Toyoko Lee; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Private services.
