Frederick Joseph Meyn, 88, of Bend, Ore., an Army veteran who served in the Patton 3rd Army during World War II, died in Bend. He was born in Ossining, N.Y. He is survived by nephews John and Robert Lewis, and niece Carol Stearns. Military services to be held in fall at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
