MILES AKANA POMAIKA'I KAHALOA Miles Akana Pomaika'i Kahaloa, 57, of Honolulu, passed away on June 25, 2013 peacefully at home. Born September 11, 1955 in Hilo, Hawai'i. He worked in the insurance industry, was a passionate musician, and a graduate of the Kamehameha Schools. Miles is survived by daughter Kirstin Kahaloa and son Aaron (Jessie) Kahaloa; formerly married to Kari Westly Waldhaus; sisters: Valerie Badon, Kathryn LaRoche, Lorna Shanks, and Leeona Kekua; and 2 grandchildren Kukamaehuikapono and Pualililehua Kahaloa. Visitation on Monday, July 8, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Kawaiaha'o Church. Service at 5:30 p.m. Aloha Attire.
