Julia Minewa Kaawa, 80, of Honolulu, an employee of former U.S. Rep. Neil Abercrombie, died in Leahi Hospital. She was born inHonolulu. She is survived by son John K.K.K. Jr.; daughters Minerva L.K. Aana and Joslyn M.K., JonnettM.K. and BarbaraAnn K. "Nani" Kaawa; brother Soloman "Balle"Perry; sister Barbara "Nakai"Needham; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
