Francis Yoichi Ryusaki, 78, of Waimea, Hawaii, a retired employee of the Hawaii County Department of Water Supply, Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Hapuna Prince Beach Hotel, and a veteran of the Air Force and Hawaii Air National Guard, died at home. He was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Thelma; sons Bryan and David; brothers Bill M. and Morris; sisters Shimeji Kanazawa, Hideko Maruyama and Elsie Yamamoto; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Monday at Kamuela Hongwanji Mission. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
