George Sakae Fukuda, 85, of Kailua, a retired government controller for the Mechanical Group Shop Planning Department at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died in St. Francis Hospice. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Nancy C.; sons Derek, Wayne and Darren; daughter Melanie Wilcoxon; stepson Harry Sakihara; stepdaughters Linda Leong and Carol Sakihara; sister Tazuko Goto; five grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren. Private services.
