Hazel Noranett Kalama “ZsaÂzsa†Bishaw, 77, of Kaneohe, a licensed practical nurse for Palolo Chinese Home and a homemaker, died in Kahaluu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Chance K.; daughters Barbara H.M. “Bobbi†Bishaw-Gramberg and Deidre N.K., Rene, Perri K. and Pomaikailani H. Bishaw; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
