Ralph Kozo Ige, 89, of Honolulu, a retired federal government locksmith and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Sueko V. "Sue," daughters Faith Lopez and Susanne Talbot, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire.
