74Elsie K. Takano, 93, of Kaneohe, a retired city clerk stenographer, died in Honolulu. She was born in Kohala, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Bertrand K., Gerald T. and Miles M. Takano; brothers Shoji, Isao and Yukio Kitagawa; and a grandchild. Private services.
