79Henry Rique Juan De Pinos Ruttan, 71, of Honolulu, a retired Canadian government civil servant and retired Walina Apartments resident manager, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Victoria, British Columbia. He is survived by brother Charles F. Private services.
