76Randal A. DeCosta, 55, of Waianae, a plantation employee, died in Waianae. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Kimberly Klug; sons Alan, Noa and Zacary; daughters Rebecca, Rachel and Randi Girl DeCosta and Shaylyn Klug; brothers Daniel Jr. and Victor DeCosta and Halford Lopes; sister Theresa; and two grandchildren.
