Howard Keith Salmo
July 4, 2013 Howard Keith Salmo, 54, of Kailua-Kona, a Department of Public Works maintenance mechanic at the Pohakuloa Training Area, and former Mauna Loa Macadamia Orchards supervisor of various departments in Kau and Keaau, and Kukio irrigation technician, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He also was an Army veteran. He was born in Pahala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Corinna; son Sheldon; daughter Sharla Enos; mother Patricia "Patsy"; brothers Prudencio and Dennis; sisters Beverly Barba, Rowena Johnson and Olivia Tavares; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 7 a.m. Saturday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church-Pahala. Mass: 10 a.m. Cremation to follow at Dodo Mortuary. Casual attire.
