73Jose Felipe Domingo, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Shriners Children's Hospital grounds maintenance worker, died in Honolulu. He was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Marciana A.; daughters Myrna Ballesteros, Elsie Damaso Jr., Gening Domingo and Arlyne Takiue Jr.; brothers Alejo and Rolando Domingo; sisters Rosalia Batcan and Nieves Magaway; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
