Jiro Tanaka, 92, of Waimea, Hawaii, a retired electrical contractor and owner of the former Tanaka Electric, and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Hilo. He was born in Honohina, Hawaii. He is survived by sisters Miyoko and Mitsue. Private services.
