81Leroy Fook Yau Chow, 77, of Hilo, a retired automotive parts clerk at the former Hilo Motors, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Frances K.; sons Elroy K.Y., Delroy K.T., LeRoy K.W. and Royson Y.A.M.; daughters LeAnne Y.A.D. and RoAnne Y.A.F.; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Saturday at Papaikou Community Center. Casual attire. No flowers. Pupu and desserts welcome.
