73Jane Sueno Okamoto, 81, of Kailua, a retired state Board of Education educational officer, died on Oahu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Lance A. and Ethan H., and a grandchild. Visitation: 4 p.m. Tuesday at Kalihi Union Church. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
